RiverRun Golf Course calls to those with a love of the outdoors, and they didn't see much use in an online presence. All that changed, however, when Denote was added to the team, creating a new revenue stream that increased bookings and merchandise sales.

With web design, e-commerce integration, combined with Facebook and social media advertising, Denote Communications was able to unlock a new medium that created considerable sales, which was in addition to their bricks-and-mortar numbers. The online store for merchandise and a reservation system for booking a tee time made things easy for those who were interested in buying, all integrated with the attractive website we created for them. Social media was used to publicize sales and specials, driving traffic to the site from multiple sources.

The reality when it comes to an accessible, well-trafficked website is that it bring in different customers than the ones who would we calling on the phone or walking through the door. Often times, the people who are stuck at the office are the ones who want to book a round of golf, and with the new website design from Denote they were able to quickly book a round between answering phone calls and e-mails. We'd like to think we helped them restore a little bit of their work-life balance!

The new customers and sales were above and beyond ones from other sources, and essentially meant more volume for RiverRun, making their bottom line more attractive. Now that everything is set up, a minimal amount of maintenance keeps a brand new source of income rolling in.
