The Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation was struggling with a website that was counter-intuitive, and didn't lend itself well to the dynamic content updates that management wanted to have. The foundation seeks donations from the public, so in addition to having a functional, accessible, and attractive website, it needs to create a feeling in visitors. This is what Denote was able to do not once, but twice for a client who is a satisfied repeat customer.
Denote Communications provided, Facebook advertising, web design, a content management system, on-site training, and free ongoing content updates when needed. Our online support package provides training to enable your staff to take control of their own web-based resources, updating information when it's needed instead of involving more people and extra costs. If the changes that need making are too complex for your staff, updates are included in our package so there are no surprises!
Anyone can make a pretty website, but with all of the information and initiatives of the CBRHF gathered into one place, special attention needed to be paid in order to create something that was simple to maintain as well as easy to understand from a visitor's point of view. Working together we were able to create an online portal to reach out to potential donors, as well as teach hospital staff to take control themselves. If anything got too complex, they knew they had an 'ace in the hole', with Denote being only a phone call away.
